For Fresh Arrangements
- Diagonally shear off an inch of the flowers' stems (for better water absorption) before transferring the arrangement to your preferred container
- Fill your container with clean water and arrange the flowers, but make sure no leaves or foliage are submerged in water
- Place the arrangement in a room with cool temperature and good air circulation, and keep it away from direct sunlight or other heat sources
- Immediately remove dead or wilted flowers and foliage to prevent bacterial growth
- Mist the arrangement with water once a day to keep it fresh
- Note: Our standing bouquets can survive on its own for two days

For Preserved/Dried Arrangements
- Keep preserved/dried arrangements in a place where it won't be exposed to direct sunlight to avoid fading and discoloration
- Place preserved/dried arrangements in dry, cool areas and avoid placing them in areas that are prone to humidity such as kitchens or bathrooms
- Do not water spray preserved/dried arrangements
- Regularly dust preserved/dried arrangements (if not stored inside a glass or box container), but do so gently and with a soft, dry cloth

For Phalaenopsis Orchids
- Only water the Phalaenopsis Orchids when the potting mix feels almost dry to the touch (avoid overwatering)
- Place the Phalaenopsis Orchids in a spot where they can receive plenty of light without being exposed to direct sunlight
- Avoid placing the Phalaenopsis Orchids in closed, stagnant spaces, as well as near drafts, heating vents, or air conditioners
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
While we always strive to provide the best quality and freshest flowers for our customers, there may be times where certain flowers, foliage, and/or other materials are not available due to seasonal availability, limited stock, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute or alter the flowers and/or materials used in our arrangements while ensuring that the overall look and feel of the arrangement remains as close as possible to the original order.
Our substitution policy is as follows:
- Flower: If a specific type of flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value and color scheme.
- Vase/Container: If a specific vase or container is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar vase or container of equal or greater value and style.
- Color Scheme: If a specific color scheme is unavailable, we will substitute it with a color that complements the overall design of the arrangement
Unless all the aforementioned are unavailable, please note that we will proceed with substitution or alteration as we deem fit, with or without notice.
FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
We guarantee that the flowers we send out are fresh and will last for a minimum of three (3) days from date of delivery.
If you happen to be unsatisfied with the freshness of your flowers, please contact us at beyondflowersph@gmail.com or through Viber +63 917 880 7222 within twenty four (24) hours upon delivery and provide us with photos and videos of the arrangement. Once photos and videos have been verified, we will gladly replace your arrangement at no additional cost.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE
We make every effort to make sure that your order will not only arrive fresh but also on time. However, please note that we will not be liable for late or non-deliveries that are outside our control, such as but not limited to the following:
- Recipient is not at the indicated address
- Indicated address and/or contact number is/are incorrect or inaccurate
- Unanticipated events such as heavy traffic or act of God
- Sender-initiated delivery or pick up
If a delivery mishap is verified to be coming from our end, we will gladly refund the delivery fee.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation of order may only be done at least seventy two (72) hours before the requested day of delivery.
- Full store credit may only be granted if cancellation has been done ahead of or within the aforementioned time. Otherwise, only 30% of the order value will be regarded as store credit.
- Cancellation is not applicable for same-day delivery orders and customized orders.
- Once an order has been successfully delivered or accepted by the recipient or any of its representative, requests for cancellation or store credit will not be accommodated.
- In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at beyondflowersph@gmail.com or through Viber +63 917 880 7222 within eight (8) hours upon delivery and provide us with photos and videos of the incorrect order. We will investigate the issue and offer full store credit or replace the flowers at no additional cost once mistake has been verified to be coming from our end.
